Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
280g Digestive Biscuits
200ml Milk
100g Caster Sugar
35g Cocoa Powder
60g Unsalted Butter
100g nuts (hazelnuts)
Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave, and pour into a bowl along with the milk, sugar and cocoa powder. When the mixture is well mixed add in the crushed biscuits.
Pour the biscuit mix onto kitchen foil and wrap like a tube. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours then take out, slice and serve.
